The newly renovated Serenity Spa is a very popular amenity at the Sheraton Bay Point Resort. The award winning spa and salon offers a full line of luxury spa treatments including body treatments, massages and skin therapy. Our 12,000 sq. ft facility includes separate men's and women's locker rooms, relaxation lounge, whirlpool, sauna and steam room. Clients also enjoy access to Reflections Pool and our bayside fitness center. Resort Guests may also use the facilities for a daily fee.

One of the worst experiences of my life. The masseuse was not kind with her elbow, and when I would flinch in pain she would dig into me even harder into my tissue causing me more pain and severe discomfort. She then pushed super hard on my arteries in my neck which made me uncomfortable and caused pain. She burned me with the towel when she put it on my back. Serenity Spa is absolutely amazing! Lola was sweet to move my full spa day schedule around to meet my needs best and called to let me know in advance. The Spa Attendant was amazing, she went above and beyond for me as it was my first time ever the week before yesterday. Chelsey did my massage that day and I already went back yesterday to ask for Chelsey one week later! I had a body wrap and facial too the first day.
