Never again! Forced 20% tip on terrible service even after I complained. Didn't honor appointment times (showed them my confirmation was different)& came into the restroom area to call on me, not the waiting area, pressing me. My message therapist told me what pressure I would receive, not what I prefer. She barely made time for my back/shoulders and told me this 80min message focused mostly on feet and hands... no it doesn't! UNEVEN rubbing. This was such a nice little hidden gem! Even though I was staying right next door to it, I’d never have known that it was there- my mother-in-law only found it after calling our resort and asking if there were any spas nearby. Regardless it was bigger than it looked with a steam room, dry sauna and hot tub along with showers and a changing room along with some nice spaces to lounge. The property is apparently in process of converting to a Hilton. Only visited spa, did not lodge here. Was told by spa people that we could enjoy the pool and amenities of spa until 4p when they closed on Sat as we had 2 hours in between appointments. As compared to other spas this one is very mediocre. Its small which is ok but I had a facial and my partner a massage. Neither were the best. It was ok at best but definitely not the best.
