I had made several appointments with Amy over the past couple of months, and each one she cancelled at the last minute - the last two were within 30 minutes of when I was supposed to be there. I understand that life gets crazy sometimes, and I'm assuming there is something else going on that she's not telling the truth about. Cancelled appointment the same day just hours before, which I can understand if there's an emergency. However, was reassured that she would follow up and reschedule. Since then, no contact nor responses to any messages or phone calls about rescheduling. I am highly disappointed in customer service.
This should be a zero star. She has taken my money and disappeared. I have filed a complaint with the MN Board of Cosmetology.
AmyJo is wonderful and very accommodating. I highly recommend her facial/spa services.
