I have the same experience as Morgan Lin. I purchased a package of 12 unfortunately. I spoke to Sean and he promised me a lot of things including making sure that my appointments will be done at Mississauga clinic only since I don’t drive ti Burlngton. Also wa supposed to get refills for my skin care products as part of my package. Needless to say, out of all those 12 visits for the package they were only able to fulfill 2 and no refill for skin care. The service is sub standard comparing to other spas. Although the high tech gadget they use, the spa is very disorganized since my first appointment. I purchased 6 facial treatments and plan out to visit once a month at specific time and thought all are set up properly. My first appointment where I showed up with the door locked, no receptionist and the office is dark.
