Went in for a couple massage, had a good experience with the ladies that took care of us, didn’t appreciate the door being open and having us exposed to others, especially being the first door when you walk in. As well as giving what we thought was a good tip the lady in the front said it wasn’t enough that normally people leave 15%, I thought that was super unprofessional and also mentioning the message was 80 and charged us 89 which was not said over the phone when my man booked the appointment.
We went in for a couples massage and it was great!
I absolutely love this spa! My family looks forward to visiting at least once a month. The atmosphere is always welcoming and the staff consistently goes above and beyond to make every visit worth it. Highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a great massage!
I had a wonderful experience! Lucy was amazing professional, attentive, and incredibly skilled. She made me feel comfortable from start to finish, and I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend asking for Lucy! She was so sweet I love Chinese medicine and so I just trusted her to do her thing. She knew all the pressure points !
The best spa ive found in Miami!! The experience was a 10/10 I’ll def be back soon
