I learned about this spa when my esthetician Sara came to work at Serenity Spa! The vibe inside is very calming and they are very friendly. I love getting the hydrofacial deluxe monthly and I love that they offer a membership at a discounted price!! I truly love my facials with Sara, she is an expert and truly treats your skin needs and explains things thoroughly and will offer advice and products recommendations but only if it makes sense for you. I booked spa appointments for me and my daughter to celebrate her college graduation. We drove 40 minutes to get to the spa. When we were about to walk into the spa I received a text from J assistant manager. She reported that they had to cancel one of the two appointments I had scheduled for my daughter due to staffing emergency. The spa took the money from my visa card when I booked the appointments. One star for the business (five stars for the esthetician) Robin Ogden is a truly wonderful esthetician, and my experience with her was exceptional. I normally see another esthetician nearby, but her schedule isn’t very flexible, so I was excited to find someone else just as extraordinary. I saw Sara recently for a facial and was blown away! She asked me about my concerns and they were totally addressed during the facial. I really felt heard! I was so relaxed afterwards and she has such an amazing touch, she definitely knows what she is doing! She is also so warm, welcoming, and easy to talk to. I immediately felt at ease! I highly reccomend booking a facial with her!
