Updated as of April: My esthetician isn’t here anymore and they didn’t let me know and i have tried to cancel my membership and they still charged me after i canceled it and i haven’t gotten any confirmation that it’s been canceled. The lack of transparency of this spa and communication now that i’ve tried to cancel has left a bad taste in my mouth. From the second I was brought back Robin Ogden was rushing! She suggested a chem peel when I had originally booked a derma plane facial which was an hour and included massage, she said she could do both so I agreed. She dermaplaned my face in what felt like 5 min and she nicked me twice! My facial lasted less than 30 min total, no massage and she rushed me out the door saying she wouldn’t charge for the dermaplane. First and foremost I'd love to give 5 stars for my masseuse. Jo Lopez is amazing. The atmosphere and hospitality when you are at the spa are impeccable. My struggle begins with my last visit. The receptionist was seemingly overwhelmed and didn't offer to book my next appointment. I completely understand, everyone has those days. I learned about this spa when my esthetician Sara came to work at Serenity Spa! The vibe inside is very calming and they are very friendly. I love getting the hydrofacial deluxe monthly and I love that they offer a membership at a discounted price!! I truly love my facials with Sara, she is an expert and truly treats your skin needs and explains things thoroughly and will offer advice and products recommendations but only if it makes sense for you. I booked spa appointments for me and my daughter to celebrate her college graduation. We drove 40 minutes to get to the spa. When we were about to walk into the spa I received a text from J assistant manager. She reported that they had to cancel one of the two appointments I had scheduled for my daughter due to staffing emergency. The spa took the money from my visa card when I booked the appointments.
