Went for a facial, the extractions on my nose were unnecessarily painful, the tech kept leaving the room, did not wash her hands when she canw back in, used her hands only no brushes. I will not return, extremely over prices for what they actually do.

I had a really bad experience here and never leave reviews but felt compelled to share. I didn't get to formally meet my masseuse until after already undressed and on the table laying face down (was given instructions as such by the receptionist). She never asked if I had any medical concerns. My masseuse waited until the massage had begun to ask if I wanted cupping. I’ve had multiple deep tissue massages with Sophia at Serenity Spa, and the quality has been consistently excellent. She takes a minute at the start to understand what’s tight, then tailors the session with just-right pressure—firm enough to be effective, never careless. I went to have a foot reflexology massage. First, the woman was almost 20 min late. Then, she had me get on the table first. I kept asking about the foot reflexology. She rubbed the bottom of my foot for about 10 min then kept saying’your feet okay’. I remarked that wasn’t reflexology so she called the receptionist and they proceeded to yell at each other for 5 min. Then, the masseuse dug into my foot so hard I ended up with a bruise. I told her to stop and I left. Will never go back.
