I just walked out of the shop. It was recommended to me as an amazing place to get your eyebrows threaded. I guess it depends on who you get. I now how very little eyebrows, there is no hair or shape at the front. She was heaven with the scissors. I just needed the bottom of them cleaned up. I should’ve taken it before picture to show you the difference. When she was done, she asked if I liked it and I just paid and left. Asked for a clean up and the women made my eye brown thinner than they are. The worst experience ever after growing my eyebrows out for the past 7 months. Very upset with this issue of her not listening and just doing a small clean up..
I actually like this place but I am very upset bc the last two times I went online says they are open but they weren't open. Therefore wasted my time and gas. Update yall times or actually be open the time it says you are!
Today was my first time at Zara’s. A hidden gem inside HEB in Conroe. I got there at 10:20am. They opened at 10:30am. I met with Zareen. She is very pleasant, friendly, polite and kind. She did my required threading today. She was very quick and when she was done my skin was smooth and my eyebrows looked well shaped. Excellent service. ☺️
Took my mom to get her eyebrows done and instead of the worker kindly telling us she wouldn’t be able to service us due to my moms eyebrow growth she embarrassingly and loudly said how ugly her eyebrows are, very patchy and uneven how she couldn’t help us at all! And she kept going off with other customers there watching and hearing, it was so humiliating. Never coming back.
