I was having back pain & the word that kept coming to my friends mind was Reflexology. So I listened to the word of knowledge she got & looked into it. If you have not had a Reflexology session, I HIGHLY suggest you have one. I have had acupuncture but this goes a little more than that. To quote Gretchen, "Reflexology is an art and a science that views the feet, hands and ears as maps that represent the entire body". I have had them tell me things before my Dr could. They told me I was in Kidney failure before my Dr did. My reflexologist retired at the end of 2020 and I was referred to Gretchen by the retiree. I have had 3 sessions with Gretchen and the change in reflexologists has been seamless. I appreciate that Gretchen listens keenly to my physical concerns and addresses them with reflexology. She has wonderful knowledge of anatomy and physiology and shares what she knows freely. I’m always so relaxed after my session with Gretchen. I have a lot of things physically going on and she helps my body get deep into that healing state and I often feel it for almost 2 days after a session. It’s even more intense than a massage for me but intense in the best way!

Gretchen helped me with multiple sessions of reflexology. I was in pain after I was involved in a car accident back in 2015. She could of course recognize the right spots to work on in order to release the pressure of the back and neck. Thanks to her skills I had moments where I was pain free. I wish I could see her again. I left the state of WA and cannot get anymore sessions. I still have issues with my body after 3 years. That shows we still need care and maintenance to get better.
