I got notified about my bill a year after service with them when I thought my insurance paid it because they didn't ask for the copay when I was checking out. I paid it, then I was notified 2 months later that there was a separate payment for the facility and one for the provider and owed another amount. They have two reception offices, the one for the facility and a larger one for the parent company, they both hit you with charges separately so you pay double copays. I had Tricare Prime when I first went here and now Medicare and Tricare for Life. I have never had a bad experience here with anyone on the staff. I’ve never had trouble reaching them by phone or had negative interaction from anyone. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, professional and helpful.

Tricare needs to refer patients elsewhere. Tried to call the clinic multiple times. I finally reached someone on the phone and they hung up on me. Called them back and was sent straight to voice mail.
