Booked a group session for myself and 2 friends in the salt cave! Was not disappointed at all. We had such a great experience from the moment we arrived. The owner was present and gave great info for what to expect and how to best enjoy the visit. Our therapist was so good! While in the salt cave, each of us received a 20min neck/shoulder/arm/hand/foot/leg massage that could be customized to what we wanted if there were areas we wanted more/less focus on. Spent 45 min in the salt cave. It was lovely, Tina the owner was knowledgeable and friendly to me and my friend. She has many different treatments and options for use of the salt cave. There was beautiful pink Himalayan salt, on all 4 walls and the floor was covered in pink salt granules/crystals. The experience and ambiance was perfect for relaxing, recharging and just unplugging. Will definitely go back!!
