Serenity salons is exactly how it sounds! When you walk in you are met with joyful loving members who genuinely care about you. I know a few of them personally and their talent and skill with hair speaks for itself!!!!
I had the best experience at this salon. It was my first visit, and Dena was able to do the exact perfect cut that I asked for and the color is beautiful. She is very talented, friendly and professional. And the salon itself is relaxing and inviting. I will absolutely be back!!
To the owner's reply: I literally had my hair done by Allison yesterday at 5pm. I informed her of my dissatisfaction directly and she said the 'manager wasn't there'. Didn't give me a card or any information when one would be there. Looked on your website: no contact form. Hence the review. My hair literally looks and FEELS amazing!! I booked an appointment with Gabi on a random opening and she SLAYYYYED the job 🥲 I am so in love and happy with my hair, and she put a ton of work into it and I could tell is genuinely happy doing hair also super knowledgable and fun! Will definitely be back for more!🤩 I was getting a baylage for a wedding, and now I feel like it’s my wedding!! ❤️🤣
Serenity Salon has a welcoming and warm atmosphere. They also have great products available. Rebecca listened to what I wanted, gave input and did an excellent job cutting my hair. My husband and sons have also used other stylist at Serenity and we have always been highly satisfied with both the excellent work and customer service.
