I recently made an appointment for a haircut with Gabi as my regular hairdresser is on a leave of absence and I desperately needed a haircut. I have coarse, thick, unruly, dry hair and I was nervous about having someone new cut and style it. All I can say is, “Wow!” Gabi nailed it! Serenity salons is exactly how it sounds! When you walk in you are met with joyful loving members who genuinely care about you. I know a few of them personally and their talent and skill with hair speaks for itself!!!!
I had the best experience at this salon. It was my first visit, and Dena was able to do the exact perfect cut that I asked for and the color is beautiful. She is very talented, friendly and professional. And the salon itself is relaxing and inviting. I will absolutely be back!!
To the owner's reply: I literally had my hair done by Allison yesterday at 5pm. I informed her of my dissatisfaction directly and she said the 'manager wasn't there'. Didn't give me a card or any information when one would be there. Looked on your website: no contact form. Hence the review. My hair literally looks and FEELS amazing!! I booked an appointment with Gabi on a random opening and she SLAYYYYED the job 🥲 I am so in love and happy with my hair, and she put a ton of work into it and I could tell is genuinely happy doing hair also super knowledgable and fun! Will definitely be back for more!🤩 I was getting a baylage for a wedding, and now I feel like it’s my wedding!! ❤️🤣
