Had my first visit at Serenity Salon the other day and it was fantastic. Shanelle did a fabulous job with my hair I recommend her services to everyone looking for satisfaction. I will be returning on a regular basis. The Salon is clean and very welcoming I had a wonderful first experience and can’t wait to go back. I found the pricing to be very fair compared to other salons in the area. Thank you Shanelle!
The Owner Linda, was extremely abrupt/rude when I called for the 1st time to make an appointment for my hair & eye brow wax. Her unprofessionalism, definitely made me question my decision in going to this salon. My 1st impression started with the ratty & worn out carpet on the outside stairs !! Once inside, I was greeted by stylist Shanelle (only stylist there) who was friendly & had me sit at her station.
