Serenity roofing was very prompt and professional in repairing our roof from hail damage. They were extremely helpful with insurance, giving us financing options, and leading us through the process. Justin Wymer was incredible to work with and the team were at our house very early to start. They repaired the entire roof in a single day. I recommend them to anyone looking to get their roof replaced or fixed!
Serenity roofing and in particular Josh Pinter did an incredible job working with me and my insurance company to get my roof replaced. My roof was damaged in the derecho storm on May 16, 2024. I had water leaking into my dining room and I filed a claim. My insurance company adjuster said I had very little damage that did not exceed my deductible. I highly recommend Serenity Roofing & Construction. Josh Pinter, Regional Sales Manager, was knowledgeable about the insurance claim process and walked me through documents provided by my insurance company. I was given a timeline for work to be done, when the roofing materials would be delivered, and when the actual work would be done which was the next day after the delivery of materials.
