Salina at Serenity Roofing and Construction took us under her wing to get repairs for damage from Hurricane Beryl. She fought the insurance company for over 6 months to get us a fair deal. The work was completed in a timely manner and as close to perfection as we could wish.
They left unsolicited trash in my yard with their business information on it after a storm.
The crew did an awesome job, very efficient and did a thorough clean up when they completed the job. Chris was awesome and should get a raise.

Once approved, Justin and his crew promptly replaced my roof in a single day. The team demonstrated a high level of professionalism and ensured that the site was thoroughly cleaned upon completion. I was highly impressed with the entire process and the quality of their work.
Jesse was wonderful. He went to bat with our insurance company and got it approved after others had failed. Jesse explained everything, gave me a timeline, and most of all worked with the insurance company by providing all the necessary paperwork, pictures and receipts. The whole experience was pleasant and worry free. I will recommend Jesse to everyone I know.
