Lorraine surprised me with her degrading backhanded response to my recovery needs. She made me feel bad about myself and it made me want to drink alcohol not stop drinking. Be careful, I would not trust her.

Lauraine, Lauraine, Lauraine.... What can I say? God works in mysterious ways. We were originally supposed to work with someone else to help our family member, however that plan fell apart and we were led to Lauraine instead. It was meant to be. I have tried to write this review several times, but it’s hard to find the words to do Lauraine the justice she deserves. Don’t underestimate the importance of having the right person to guide you through the process of helping a loved one seek recovery. Her knowledge, grit, honesty, empathy, professionalism and realistic optimism is everything. She’s the person you want to turn to during this process when you feel like you’ve got no gas left in the tank, and she’s always there. An incredible human with an incredible heart.

Lauraine and the SRTC team are true blessings too the world of recovery. I was new too the world of recovery and I can say their program has helped me realize I do matter. The level of precision Lauraine has with getting her clients too open up and face their underlying issues is unmatched.
