Anyone who has found recovery through here, I'm happy for you. I personally found Lauraine to be condescending, controlling of people's personal lives, and there is a serious lack of therapeutic value. Notice how her only title is CEO and there are no listings of any therapy credentials. She copies and prints things from the internet on her own letterhead. Claims its not a 12 step program but had the 12 and 12 posters on the wall. Says its not religious but had handouts with literal Bible quotes. She didnt mention the co-pay... read more

Lauraine does more than get your loved one the care and treatment they need, she gives the support, tools and truth to the family that has been in crisis mode. I remember the moment she said to me that I could rest because she could take lead. Lorraine surprised me with her degrading backhanded response to my recovery needs. She made me feel bad about myself and it made me want to drink alcohol not stop drinking. Be careful, I would not trust her.
