Mislead the house and are trying to strong arm me into dealing with their mistake. Listed as having features not included in the house! Out right lied about a resolution and are strong arming us into signing a new lease or deal with it Lyndsey Little the office manager was horribly rude and let our emails and calls go unanswered ignored and flat out ghosted us. If I could leave zero stars I would, walking into this office, greeted by the most unprofessional woman I have ever met. Rude! Condescending! Did not introduce herself. Only gave her name after I asked. I would be absolutely mortified to be at the front desk and be that rude !
We just closed on our home. Taylor was our agent. She was better than we could've asked for. She went more than above and beyond to help us get the house closed, she was instrumental in that. She streamlined the process and kept everything rolling as much as possible. It was efficient and stress free. Her response time and communication was great as well.
