The staff is great. They worked hard to get me in the home I’m in currently living in. They have events for the families and children. Any work order I put in they come out and fix it…One day I would like to buy a home through serenity. Nice clean office very professional ! The maintenance guys are nice also..
Serenity previously forced me to give them a 5 star review before they would even allow me to apply for a rental that I currently reside at... Luckily my landlord got hip to their bs and no longer has them managing this property Thank God! Zero stars if it were possible!
I do not recommend working with them. Jalen Smith is very unprofessional and a bad look for the company
