I am currently renting a property from them 2/3/25, and THE PIPES HAVE BEEN FROZEN FOR 5 OUT OF 7 WEEKS OF 2025!!! They just keep telling me to wait it out. This house has no insulation, my heating bill is $1000/month this winter. This house does not meet rental code 4, heating a home over 68°. They are slumlords for out of state property owners.
