It’s unfortunate as previous to this experience we had good service from Serenity pools. Though you really find out more about a company when there’s issues. To recap: Customer: We have a pool filter issue. Company: sends a crew of 2 adds two eyeball jet fitting with no authorization did not address the main reason of the service call. Customer: I notice both rings cracked from adding the new eyeball jet fittings. Clearly they over tighten the fittings. Company: we took a picture of one broken ring (no picture of the second)... read more
