Lacks minimum standards of customer service... Called them multiple times during there operating times in summer, left voicemails but never heard back from them. I don't advise this company...
Good location. Helpful people.
A miss for serenity pools. Asked them to come clean my pool. Was advised 65$ an hour and they would come at 2pm. Only to show up at 530pm for an hour and a half and leave me with this. Then sends me a bill for an hour and a half.. lol just to be clear, i would have paid 3-400$ for a cleaning. Kind of like going to get your brakes done on a car yet the mechanic only fixes one axel and gives you the bill. Buyer beware.

We had a fiberglass pool installed last summer and they did our pool maintenance (pool boy service) every other week and it was perfect all summer. We couldn't be happier with our backyard. Now onto the landscaping.
