We bought a 5-year old former Stock model house with a Serenity Pool. Shame on me for not noticing the calcium build-up on the glass tile before I bought it, but I thought that would be something we could just get cleaned off after we closed. When our pool service tried, though, the glass tiles were cracked and glass shards fell into the pool. Because the 1-year warranty (why only 1 year????) had expired, we faced the big cost of replacing all the tile. I called and got the Serenity Pool supervisor to look at it and he said ... read more
