Mike and his team do a great job of taking care of our pool and equipment. They also do a nice job on educating us on our system, helping to ensure we have a good understanding of the overall process and how we can also help maintain the health and quality of our pool.
Serenity has serviced our pool ever since we built it 2 years ago. I’m so happy with the service we have been provided and being able to just enjoy our pool without the struggles of maintaining it. Mike and his crew are responsive and just do great work! I couldn't ask for better service or results. Highly recommend!
Mike is a miracle worker! I was set to host my granddaughter's 2nd birthday party, and 2 days before, my pool filter failed and DE was filling my pool! Gold medal (my old go to) couldn't make it out in time. I contacted Mike, his only question was "what time is the party"? He then agreed to come out with only one days notice! He even had to make trips to Arlington to get the parts needed. He literally finished 30 minutes before the party, and my pool was perfect! I am a Serenity Pools customer for life! Mike was very kind and patient with explaining things about our repair and chemicals. The way he runs his company is so organized and I really appreciated him checking in and being proactive. Will definitely continue to use him for our pool needs :)
