We’ve just completed our 6x3.5m magnesium pool with travertine tiles surrounds. Serenity organised all the tradesmen including electricians, tilers etc. They were so good to deal with from start to finish. They were very transparent with their quoting. Highly recommend.
Serenity pools were second to none with all their trades and staff, our pool has turned out absolutely gorgeous and I would and have recommended them already. Thank you Serenity -very happy.
Update 8-12-25: Not fixed Update 03-04-25: None of the issues below have been fixed. Photos of further cracking to the concrete added. Update 28-02-25: None of the issues below have been fixed. Based on our experience, I would advise anyone to be wary of the social media photos this company posts, as our pool is nothing like the quality advertised. Serenity were very approachable and professional throughout the building process. Their team liaised with our house builder to provide a streamlined, stress-free experience. We were updated during the build and had so many choices about finishes, design, tiles and fencing. We are absolutely thrilled with our pool and would recommend them to anyone.
