I’ve had a great experience at Serenity Point while receiving treatment. The staff are kind and professional, and I’ve never had any issues with anyone. My counselor is very understanding and easy to talk to, which makes the process comfortable and supportive. Overall, a really positive and helpful place.
Don't expect them to call anyone back. They take their time and they don't give you a valid reason why
In the time of my growth here I have felt very welcomed and very comfortable with the people here and the lessons I am being taught. I don’t feel judged and it feels very rewarding to share sessions with other Individuals that I can relate to. I enjoy opening up about my experiences.
