We were lucky enough to meet the Serenity team at the Richmond Home & Garden show this past weekend. We talked to them about some plumbing issues we were having. Other businesses at the show were very eager to rush out and diagnose the issues for a price — which I appreciated. The folks at Serenity were so friendly and down to Earth and made a couple suggestions to try on our own. These folks are great! Met them at the Home Show where we discussed the issues with the filtration system, etc. Crystal listened to my concerns and spent a lot of time researching and educating me on the types of media required. While working on the filtration system, the discovered a very unsafe electrical problem and resolved it. Serenity will be our plumber for life.
Serenity Plumbing called ahead to let me know they would arrive a n hour early. Chris and Gavin were very professional and friendly and completed my service in an hour or so. The price was very reasonable compared to other quotes I received. I would use them again and high;y recommend them.
Serenity Plumbing is the best!!! Chris, Gavin, and Nick were so kind and professional! The team showed up on time and got right down to business. Chris showed me pictures of the issues and explained each job they would be completing, and did so in a way that was easy to understand! They were honest, quick, and helpful! It makes a difference when a company shows you that they care about their customers and the work they’re doing!
Had an issue with a cheap garbage disposal leading to my kitchen sink backing up. I called them and they came the next day. Nick and Gavin were professional and even prepared with shoe covers. The service was done the same day and they were excellent, friendly and affordable.
