We had a great experience with the estimate and installation. We had been without consistent hot water for a week. They came out for a consultation and provided an estimate. Super nice folks. They took care of us quickly. I was surprised at how quickly they swapped the water heater out. They answered all of my questions and I can’t recommend them enough! The work was clean, well done, and worthy of 5 stars and your business.

Chris & Crystal were absolutely awesome and extremely easy to work with when installing my commercial ice maker in our bar room. Would recommend them and Serenity Plumbing highly !! A++++++++++++++++++++++

After dealing with these problems for about 14 months, we reached out to Serenity for help. The master licensed plumber, Chris and his helper, from Serenity, quickly diagnosed the problem and discussed with us each step that was required to fix the problem. We appreciate so much their honesty, commitment in ensuring that it would be done correctly, Chris’s master plumbing knowledge,... read more
I worked with Crystal and Chris. Both were friendly, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. The price was more than fair and the job was done right (unlike my builder). Next time I need a plumber I know who to call. Highly recommended.
