Not only does Crystal answer your call, but she is present at installation to go over how the app works so you can check your water treatment remotely, see your exact usage, shut off the water, and increase or decrease your softener! Chris and Crystal are some of the kindest, most precise, communicative and just generally awesome people I've ever had work on our house. They are a small local company, and it shows.
