Tim and the guys are amazing. I have trouble with trusting repair people rather be my home or car due to past experiences. I trust Tim he has been to my home at least 4 times to fix other people's work mainly. He's fair and honest. Also he has squeezed me in almost always which I appreciate as most of the time it's an urgent need. I am telling ypu quit looking at reviews and call Tim.
Tim was very responsive to my toilet leaking and came out within a few hours to assess. He also guided me on clean up/mold remediation and called a company my insurance also suggested I contact. He took pictures and sent them to his contact there. Excellent service and prompt response. Thank you so much Tim!!
Quick to respond and fixed the problem.
Tim & Zack came to our house to fix a gas leak at the pipes leading to the water heater. To our surprise, they took the whole contraption down to re-apply new paste on all the pipes leading to the water heater. The price was the service fee plus the one part that was damage. Their prices are fair and far from other places that charges $400 just to tighten up the pipes. Tim was very quick to respond and resolve our issues when we were unexpectedly without water. He replaced our well pump and pressure tank and had us up and going again. Very reasonably priced and professional service. We will definitely use again.
