Honestly, these have been life changing. Before trying PH Serenity, I was stuck in that cycle of antibiotics, then thrush, then back again. No one ever mentioned boric acid to me, not even doctors. Since starting these, I barely get any flare ups. If you’ve ever had that “is it BV, thrush, or a UTI?” feeling, you’ll get it. These little capsules have seriously saved me more times than I can count and I wish women knew about them! 2000% recommend!
