I have been fighting through the most difficult period of my life so far and had all but given up hope that I’d be able to make it through all this pain and misery… that was until I found serenity (and Lisa in particular). I’m only 2 appointments in and I can already feel my “fight” returning to me slowly, I had lost myself completely and given up trying but now I feel hope for the first time in months that I CAN and I WILL find me again, a better, stronger mentally resilient me.
