I am posting a 5 star review to offset the negative and FALSE review that was posted. I saw the owner response and I have reported the review. *My reason for this is: upon job searching I came to the reviews for insight as to what people think of this facility, staff and overall care. I have no worries with my mom at Serenity. She has the best of care. It’s easy to tell the care givers really are happy there and have the time to be attentive to each of their residents. They go above and beyond. When my mom had a health issue, and we were out of town, they stayed with her at the hospital until family could get there. When my niece got married, they helped us get her to the wedding and back to Serenity. Just even the little things like making a cake to celebrate her birthday. My mother has been here for 3 1/2 years. She has both late stage dementia and is unable to walk. She is checked on regularly throughout the day and night and visits are recorded. She is brought to the breakfast table every morning and is included in activities through the day. The staff is amazing. Kelley, Monica, Danielle, Kim and Katie take wonderful care of my mother.
