We were able to have our Aunt move into Serenty in June, every care giver we came in contact with who embraced our Aunt were Amazing! She had her own room with attached bathroom. The meals served are healthy and such care is given to help all enjoy the meal. Shannon and Kelly who manage this home are very on top of all needs of meds also. We would highly recommend this home for any one who needs to place their Love one for excellent care. 5 Stars!
Our family has had an excellent experience with Serenity of Commerce. The staff treats my mother with genuine warmth and respect, and they know her preferences well. The community is clean, well maintained, and the activities team does an outstanding job keeping residents engaged. I am posting a 5 star review to offset the negative and FALSE review that was posted. I saw the owner response and I have reported the review. *My reason for this is: upon job searching I came to the reviews for insight as to what people think of this facility, staff and overall care. All the reviews were positive except for 1. I believe a good business deserves the positive support, and somehow I feel this business is nothing shy of that. I have no worries with my mom at Serenity. She has the best of care. It’s easy to tell the care givers really are happy there and have the time to be attentive to each of their residents. They go above and beyond. When my mom had a health issue, and we were out of town, they stayed with her at the hospital until family could get there. When my niece got married, they helped us get her to the wedding and back to Serenity. Just even the little things like making a cake to celebrate her birthday.
