I was driving around looking for an assisted living community for my sister when I came across Serenity Oaks and noticed the “Under New Management” sign. I decided to stop by and had the pleasure of meeting Anna, the Assistant Executive Director. Anna gave me a tour of the community and showed me the available one-bedroom apartment. I immediately liked the space, it was a great size, and the entire community appeared clean, spacious, welcoming, and well cared for. Facility is very clean. Staff is very caring and friendly. Residents are well taken care of. Management is hands on!

I excepted more after having been there before a few years ago for my mom and being profoundly impressed (unfortunately she passed before she moved in). Just visited last week and it was after business hours so there was no manager to speak to and I didn't recognize any faces, but my entire impression was poor. So poor that I felt compelled to write a review to warn others that are seeking care. The staff was very rude, totally disinterested in the patients, on their phones.
