I had an paid appointment for a 90min massaging today. From 2pm to 3:30pm. I had a car trouble and got late. I reached there around 2:38pm. The front door was closed, along with the side doors. Then i called store and talked with one of there staff and i was told there is no on the buidling and it is closed. Well the store hours shows its open till 6pm. And there was still around 1 hour left for my time slot. And i noticed they even charge me 157$ on my card. This kind of fraud and stealing.
As a multi-disciplinary clinic, I'm so appreciative of the family care Serenity Now Wellness provides! From body care, to various therapies for our family, I'm so thankful to Tessa and her team for the wonderful, safe, and caring atmosphere that's created for all.
