Everyone was nice until it came time to pay. She did not charge me the quoted price and the person next to me paid even less. I was never told that I needed to pay for a file or that there was a cc charge. Very poor communication!
Went into get my nails done I have the new gel on My nails I would only need a refill and was denied because she said I would have to soak off my nails to then put a new set what do you mean lady all I wanted was a refill I just walked out lost a customer for sure smh
My favorite gel sets on my natural nails!
I will not be returning.I ]ust wanted a simple manicure on my own nails and way overpriced!next day had to file my own nails and they never cut my cuticles.ciao
Horrible service, They don’t even greet you just motion for you to sit . They spend to much time talking back and forth in their language together than paying attention to client that’s paying! During service was all talking in front of you in their language to the point you felt uncomfortable and that’s very rude . No customer service .
