I absolutely LOVE Serenity Nails & Spa! The lady that does my nails (Ann) is amazing! She makes my nails look so Natural to the point that everywhere I go, people say "Your Nails are SO healthy!" They do an amazing job!
This place gave me the worst pedicure. My french tip is chipping already and its only 4 hours ago when I got it done. Everything was done very sloppy. She didn't even cut my cuticles. The hot stone massage was a joke, I didn't even feel the stone at all, it was almost like she was petting me with it. The service was really bad. There was a lady their soaking her feet for 30 minutes without anyone helping her. She ended up walking out. Not enough staff and no management in sight. There was only 2 techs and 6 people behind me.... read more
