I liked going there for a while up til they started over charging me so i stopped going there for months I went back today and the male nail tech didn’t do what I asked and he didn’t ask me if I still wanted the French tips I’m not going back for my nails but they do great on my eyebrows

I have attended this place several times because it is close to home and the "best" locally. However, I may just be done. When getting a mani/pedi they don't respect that it is a relaxing situation for the patron, but rather it is a gang bang by having them do both at the same time. It is all about speed. They spend more time talking than actually massaging, especially when they have a timer they don't go by. Today, we went, got all the things done. Mani, pedi, waxing for two. You should have color selections on separate rings for gel & regular. Every time I pick a color it is always gel. I have to guess which is which.

I didn’t get a service, but it was crowded in there, but the person that was at the front whomever she was very rude disrespectful no manners no management won’t be going back to her

I have been coming here on and off for years, they always do a great job!! If there’s something you don’t like about your nails, they have no problem fixing it to your liking. It is always so peaceful and relaxing when I come get my toes and nails done. I was here a couple weeks ago and witnessed 3 entitled brat teenagers curse and yell at the nail techs and I was completely disgusted because NONE of the employees or customers deserve to have to put up with that absolute nonsense and disrespect.
