gave me an infection! I Went here on tuesday (july 14 2026), got a pedicure and full set. In the moment of the pedicure i was enjoying it but the woman doing my pedicure seemed to be digging a lot on the side of my big toe. i thought that was little weird but figured she was doing due diligence. my toe was in pain the next day and a bit red. had my husband check for ingrown toenail or anything out of the ordinary. WILL JUDGE U BASED ON COLOR AND WILL FORCE U TO UPGRADE TO MORE EXPENSIVE PACKAGE!!! I wanted a relaxing mani , Pedi on my day off on a Monday but was forced to have both done at the same time even tho the place was BASICALLY EMPTY and was pressured the entire time to upgrade to a more expensive package. NOT RELAXING AND VERY STRESSFUL AND RACIST ATMOSPHERE. NEVER GOING BACK
I always have great experiences getting my nails done here. Rose is quick to get me seated and always great service. I feel well taken care of at Serenity and get compliments on my nails often.
Do Not Go Here !!!!! They Are Not Nice at All
I’ve been going to Serenity Nails for months, and everything was great at first. When I started, my hard gel fill was $45. Then it went up to $50, and today I was charged $55 for the same service. I was never given an explanation for the price increases. I always leave a tip because I appreciate good service, but the repeated increases without any communication left me feeling like I wasn’t being charged consistently.
