My daughter went in yesterday afternoon the nail tech talked her out of what she wanted then told her it would be $50 then overcharged her by $17. She did a sloppy job lumpy, paint left in her cuticles & nicked her several times. I called and spoke with the angry male manger who kept over talking me then started shouting and was very aggressive trying to intimidate me. Be careful of this nail salon!

I’ve been going to Serenity Nails on Bee Ridge for over 2 years and have always had a great experience. The location is very convenient, the atmosphere is nice, and the salon is clean and well maintained. I usually go to Nina, who is a great nail technician and always does a beautiful job. Definitely recommend.

Walked in about a week ago looking for a gel mani pedi. I wanted french tips and got a solid color instead. Nail stylist had no personality and cut me when trimming my cuticles, only received a $5 discount for it. Paid $70 for crappy polish and a cut on my finger. Never returning.
