I’ve been going to Serenity Nails on Bee Ridge for over 2 years and have always had a great experience. The location is very convenient, the atmosphere is nice, and the salon is clean and well maintained. I usually go to Nina, who is a great nail technician and always does a beautiful job. Definitely recommend.
These are by far the worst nails I’ve had done, I tried to communicate but he was adamant this is the shape
Walked in about a week ago looking for a gel mani pedi. I wanted french tips and got a solid color instead. Nail stylist had no personality and cut me when trimming my cuticles, only received a $5 discount for it. Paid $70 for crappy polish and a cut on my finger. Never returning.
