This was one of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had. I went in to have my hard gel removed, but the technician didn’t seem to know how to remove it properly. I’d rather have them tell me they didn’t know how than have them do it and clearly not know what they were doing. She nicked my fingers multiple times with the drill and by the end of the appointment, my nails were uneven, brittle, and there was still polish left on some of them. Wonderful, pedicure and manicure and even a chair massage. Tracey was excellent. The place is so clean and so calm and so professional I highly recommend it.

Had a great experience at Serenity. Got the jelly pedi and it was amazing! First time we went we had Tracy and Dora. Second time, I had Moriah.
Dora was very pleasant, thorough and did a great job with my pedicure! I will come back again.
