I’ve been going to serenity for years and never had a bad experience. Recently the original owner sold serenity to new people. I booked a 9 am pedicure weeks in advance and get a message the night before my appointment that my appointment was rebooked to 9:30 am. I couldn’t do that and was confused why my appointment booked weeks in advance was rescheduled the day before. I call them and they tell me they don’t open at 9:00 am and open at 9:30. Weird. Second time here and everyone is so friendly, never feels rushed or chaotic and the work is excellent! The staff always makes sure to understand what you want and they make suggestions and work hard to make sure you’re satisfied.
I have been going to Serenity for over a year and was very happy with them. Today was a completely different experience and the last time that I will go there. It has changed since the new owners took over. It was elegant before and they catered to their clients. It now feels like a factory where they want to get you in and out and push additional services on you. It is very cold and unwelcoming. They are disorganized and don’t care about pleasing the client.
