BEWARE! Jennifer did a horrible job on my wife’s eyelashes and she refused to remove them or provide a refund. She was extremely rude! I would not recommend using them for any service! My wife had to pay someone else to remove the eyelashes and they said she must have used something other than lash glue because it was like super glue.

I had my nails done at Serenity Nail Spa and my nail tech, Bee, got me ready for fall. These are not stickers or decals. He hand painted each flower on my fingers and big toes and did an amazing job.

I have never left a bad review in my life, I’m normally super kind and not very picky but going to Serenity has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a nail salon. My appointment felt rushed, the lady doing my nails told me she had to go even though I had expressed I was very unhappy with my nails, she told me she couldn’t do the design I was asking for only after it was too late and she was trying to leave. The service itself was good, but from check-in to checkout, there was so much to be desired. The appointment system is not really legitimate. When I checked in on the tablet, there was no record of my appointment. My husband booked this as a gift, but they had no idea what I was due to receive. When I mentioned that to the receptionist he said that's fine and seated me. When the nail tech arrived to set me up, she too asked what service I was there for; she handed me a menu.
