Did not like this place at all! I always try to support local places in Gardner but definitely won’t be going back. When I first walked in the lady was very rude to me and I almost walked out but decided to stay and give it a try. I got a pedicure and the water was scolding hot and she got mad that I asked for cooler water. Then when she went to paint my nails the color I picked was dried out and crunchy so I told her I would just go get a different color, she said no it was fine and put water in it! The polish didn’t even l... read more

They did a great job on my nails! My daughter also had her nails done and they made sure she had a good time. Excellent experience!

They certainly take the cake for being the rudest and most unpleasant nail salon. If you’re going to be an appointment only nail salon, then behave and look like one. A sign that says “Appointments only” would help or “No walk-ins after 4pm, Saturday’s, Sunday’s or ever” would help. Someone friendly saying “We are by appointment only. Can I make you an appointment?” would also be helpful.

Went twice, and twice I had terrible manicures. Had to ask for my cuticles to be pushed and trimmed. Nails filed jagged. Acted annoyed when I asked for them to fix. Didn't ask if I was pleased after they were begrudgingly "fixed", I was just shuffled out the door. Will not be back. I will drive 20 miles to not go back.

2 days in a row I stop in for a polish change and get turned away because they don't have time. Today I'm told they don't take walk ins anymore. I enjoyed my pedicures here before but after today, NEVER AGAIN. Very rude and disrespectful to me two days in a row. I'm done. All I wanted was a polish change and you don't have time? Taking my business elsewhere.
