Refusing to refill my depression & anxiety medication because I can’t afford and don’t have time for a monthly appointment. Why do I have to pay $150 every month for an appointment where nothing happens just to get a refill? Horrible, horrible policy. Will be looking for a new clinic.
I wish I could comment on the quality of the clinical care, but unfortunately I never made it that far. Have already undergone brain mapping, and were simply trying to schedule a consultation/treatment appt and ask a few questions of the physician who oversees the TMS program. Instead, I spent approximately an hour and a half being kept on the phone with zero productive progress.... you call the Google identified phone location ... local .... end up on phone with the random call center.
