Started out being very impressed with their professionalism, privacy and support of mental health. Today I was lied to by the office staff. It was an obvious lie that I discussed with the office staff. How am I to trust you with mental health issues if it is based on lies? Trust is IMPORTANT.
The doctors are good but the Serenity company is not. I do not blame the doctors that work there but the company is awful. They over book the doctors so they cannot provide patients with the appropriate care that they need. I would definitely recommend going somewhere else that actually cares about helping you instead of keeping their appointment books as full as possible. The first doctor I saw there left the practice because of an ethical dispute and I can definitely see why they wanted to stop working with this awful comp... read more
I was on hold for over 25 minutes and never got to speak to someone. Good thing I didn't have a need for crisis evaluation....Not impressed
