Put a request in for them to reach out to me on their website. They called immediately and the person I chatted with was very helpful. I realized they probably weren't going to be a good fit for what I needed and said I'd call them back if I changed my mind. They've called me 4 times since then to schedule me for an appointment... it hasn't even been 24-hours. I finally just blocked their number. You think a mental health clinic would be better at respecting boundaries.

My wife was told that my initial consultation at Serenity Mental Health, to see if I was a good candidate for TMS therapy, would be free. I got stuck in traffic behind an accident, so I called to let them know I would be late. I arrived about 11 minutes late for my appointment, only to be told that they had cancelled my appointment and I would have to reschedule.
