RecommendedExcellent experience. Greeted by a warm friendly receptionist. She acknowledged my arrival immediately. Yvonne, the owner, greeted me as well. Danielle provides my treatment every time. She knows her stuff. She is always professional, explains everything, and is a great conversationalist. She remembers personal information about previous appointments. This place is “top notch” for me!
Terrible scheduling service!!!!! Seriously not customer service oriented!! I paid for my Groupon 700 dollars scheduled the appt arrived on time I was told my appointment was cancelled drove an hour to get. Second time I rescheduled I should up with my son I was told they had to canceled my appt because no children were allowed. I don't recommend this place at all. I had a wonderful facial and massage here. The staff is very professional, it has a very nice atmosphere.it was my first facial here it was a great experience. I was absolute heaven and my skin felt heavy going and felt like it could breathe and I was glowing.i highly recommended serenity medspa
I came in for a lip filler and absolutely LOVED my results. I recommend Cynthia (she’s the one who did my fillers) she was gentle, sweet, and they all made me feel comfortable.. plus I honestly didn’t even feel any pain. I can’t wait to come back for my next session! Thanks serenity.
