I had started getting into yoga late my last semester in college and wanted to find a place that wasn’t only close to my house, but good for those just beginning! The owner Jana is the sweetest person and cares about every one of her clients. The moment I stepped in I felt so welcomed and cared for. What a wonderful experience for my first ever yoga class at 64 years old. I went away with a feeling of relaxation and calm that was so needed. Loved the staff and the facility. I will definitely be back.
