My experience has been fantastic. The first pharmacist that knows me by my name. Keeps track of my prescriptions, reaches us to the doctor if I need a refill. The fee is lower than anywhere else. Explain each prescription and teaches me about options that I can bring to my doctor. He has helped me in case I need something that doesn't need a doctor. Fantastic drugstore. Never knew that a small drugstore could be so much better than a large chain. And on top of it they are very cordial and friendly.
Avoid this place! They always put up the sign to accept new patients, but they will not choose you, regardless of whether you are a healthy person or not. Their medical ethics are questionable, especially in the current situation in Canada, where many people are still waiting for family doctors, and doctors at this clinic often prioritize what benefits them the most. Gross!
AVOID THIS DOCTOR!!!! Edit: I have already filed a formal complaint with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO). If you’ve experienced the same issues, please consider reporting it as well — the CPSO is the only body that can properly investigate and take action when patterns of unprofessional or unsafe behaviour occur. I am very impressed with Mr. Ahmed AlTalabani, the pharmacist and manager at Serenity Medical Pharmacy. He has excellent and well-documented knowledge about medications and always provides clear, trustworthy explanations to patients about how to use them, their benefits, possible side effects, and even compares and prioritizes different options. I had an excellent experience with Serenity Medical Pharmacy. The staff are professional, friendly, and truly care about their patients. They offer free delivery, blister packaging, diabetes care, and even prescribe for minor ailments, which makes managing medications so much easier.
