Very disappointed, I have gone here for different services (diamond glow, waxing, etc.) I get my face product from them as well. Great service and always been a great relaxing experience. I had to cancel an appointment and was charged a fee for canceling (while I understand and am ok with a fee) I do disagree on a fee that is $35 MORE then what my service would cost me! I had great afternoon at Serenity Med Spa today. Haley gave me an amazing facial. The bed was warm and comfy. The facial was so relaxing and rejuvenating. An hour facial is definitely the way to go. Then I was scheduled for filler with Cherie right after. She was so knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed. I'm very self conscious about my thin lips and jowls. Had another amazing experience with Cherie! Painless undereye filler with immediate results. She listens so well to my particular lip filler desires! She is so great with recommendations, and honest on the things I don’t necessarily need. I feel pretty! Thanks Cherie!
Haley at the med spa gave me a wonderful refreshing brow tint, lamination and lash lift. As a mom of 2, it’s so hard to feel effortlessly put together and her skills and attentiveness helped me feel more confident in my natural look. Highly recommend Haley :)
