Patient service is impeccable. No wait taken almost immediately after I arrived. Injections were perfect no bruising and staff very kind and considerate. Very professional.
Had a filler with a Nurse practitioner, she left me with a horrible bruise. She also burned my skin when doing a laser to help with the bruise. I now have a horrible scar and the wrinkles still there.I wouldn't recommend this place at all.
This place is relaxing with friendly people at the front desk and very professional and experienced clinicians. My appointment times are honored and; In the several years I have been going there, I have always had great results!
I've been going to Serenity Med Spa Burlingame and few times in SF office, for over 10 years and now that Dr. Lisa Kang is no longer there I really don't recommend that med spa. I had received botox treatment with a nurse practitioner that has over 10 years experience and she did a lousy job. I was left with terrible bruising that took two weeks to heal even after I got a bruise healing treatment (bbl laser) after .
