The staff and NP Nea especially, do a wonderful job and keep me relaxed throughout the process. The results are not obvious - I get suspicious looks and questions about my "vacation". The front desk is welcoming and I'd like to give a special thanks to Lucas in accounting for helping me with financial questions, like using the software!
The staff is really friendly and makes you feel welcomed. The front desk young lady was so nice and knowledgeable. The office is very nice and spacious and looks so well maintained. The nurse who did my procedure was so gentle, and before she started, she asked lots of questions, and the procedure was quick with hardly no discomfort. Thank you, Nurse Cindy , for your wonderful service. I can already tell the difference it's only day 2. Come see them you won't regret it!

Post Op 2 mths into Endolift: 3 stars for wonderful staff. However my follow up to discuss concerns didn’t turn out to well. I went to address the fact that one side of my face was overworked more than the other giving it a beautiful contour jaw line but also an indentation under cheekbone. The other side still has a fat pad, less defined jaw line but no indentation. I know it takes about + 6 mths to see optimal results. But I know my body and I know when I see something wrong.
