I booked a deep tissue/medical massage at Serenity Med Spa after specifically calling ahead and explaining that I was seeking therapeutic, medical-focused bodywork. Love this place! I was looking for post-op lymphatic drain massages after my surgery and my husband came across this place! The best in the business! After years of battling chronic sciatica, trying pain meds, and even undergoing two epidural injections with no relief, I finally found Lydia and her incredible team at Serenity Med Spa. Just a couple of lymphatic and laser treatments later, I haven’t touched pain medication or muscle relaxers for over a month since I started on February 26, 2026. They are truly the best - not just locally but in all Florida.
Got a really intense lymphatic massage! Wish I lived closer so I could go more often!
