The best in the business! After years of battling chronic sciatica, trying pain meds, and even undergoing two epidural injections with no relief, I finally found Lydia and her incredible team at Serenity Med Spa. Just a couple of lymphatic and laser treatments later, I haven’t touched pain medication or muscle relaxers for over a month since I started on February 26, 2026. They are truly the best - not just locally but in all Florida.
