Someone recommended I get a lymphatic massage for my aches and water bloating. I have done regular massages before but the lymphatic massage is different. It really works the blotting went away as well as a the pain in my muscles. Lydia is caring and knows exactly what I need to make me feel better. I have also noticed changes in my body composition since starting the lymphatic massages.

I had a laser fat removal procedure done, a facial, as well as a lymphatic massage. All to get my best foot forward for my up and coming school year. The benefits I felt immediately upon each service. I would highly recommend any of the treatments however, my personal favorite was the laser fat removal as I already exercise and it really brought me to the next level of my fitness goals.
