I was scheduled for a 90 minute massage and experienced a family death and because it was less than 24 hrs. they were not caring at all. They wanted to quote policy. Uncaring!!!!!

I was very pleased with the service.
My children bought me a gift certificate Christmas 2019. Due to Covid-19 had not been able to use it. Called today to try and use it, just says expiration 12/20, but due to Covid thought it would be extended..........it was until 1/2021 now I have to pay $25 to use the gift certificate. One how was we supposed to know to call by the end of January? As if peoples lives haven't been turned upside down they want to charge us to use a gift certificate!!!!!!!!

Just left my second massage from SM&W..... If you like getting tenderized into a liquid pulp, Bryce is the guy for you. This is the first deep tissue massage I have had where the therapist was actually able to select individual muscles for release. So if you hunch over a desk for 12hrs a day, Bryce will massage the tension into submission. I’ve also been to see Shakeiya (sp?) for a prenatal massage here and she was also great.
