I came in as a walk-in for a one-hour full body massage for back pain. The therapist did good work on the areas covered, especially my hand. However, I was charged upfront for a full hour (including tip), but the session lasted about 35 minutes and did not include a full-body massage as expected. Clear communication about time limitations or the option to reschedule would have been appreciated.
