I wish I could have gotten to experience the massage I scheduled but I drove an hour round trip to get there only to find out the massage I scheduled was canceled 10 mins prior. They said the masseuse had a family emergency but no one else could help me. When I walked in I saw 3 women. The first 2 didn’t smile at me or say anything when I said hi and the receptionist immediately asked “did you get my message?” Just So unsatisfying. This type of service has come to be expected but not wanted.
I’ve been going to Serenity for a while and has always had amazing experiences. I recommend them to literally everyone that asks. I decided to do a review today because I have a neck strain injury and was really nervous about the massage. Chelsie was amazing. Very attentive and she helped my injury tremendously! I was not able to turn my head on yesterday, after the massage I am almost back to normal. I really appreciate Chelsie and will be back to see her every 2 weeks moving forward!
I have been looking for a massage therapist for awhile and found this place online! I saw Kevin for a 2 hour deep tissue massage and it was everything I needed it to be! He was very attentive to my problem areas and thorough in his entire approach! I most definitely will be back. The spa itself was very relaxing and comforting as soon as I walked in the door. The front desk receptionist was friendly and helpful! 10/10 Experience
