I came across Serenity Massage and Body Works by fluke and I am so incredibly happy I did. What a wonderful experience to finally have someone who understands the complete anatomy of the body and how to work together through muscle groups to help alleviate pain and promote relaxation and toxin release. I originally had a 50 minute session planned and quickly added another 30 minutes to the session to focus on neck, shoulders, and back pain from built up stress and poor body mechanics (self-inflicted). I’m so grateful that I found Stan at Serenity Massage and Bodywork. He is professional in every way a business should be. His space is clean and very calming. I have had massages all of my adult life and I must say his techniques, quality of care and interest in making you feel better, is heads above others. A reduction in upper body and lower back pain has made me a repeat client for the past 5 years.
