I have been going to this place for several years infrequently and little by little have seen it decline. I recently saw someone named Cassie who had to be the most unfriendly person that I have ever met. She did a somewhat adequate job but you could see that she hated to be there. Towards the end of the time I'm not sure who was more in a hurry to get out of there me or her!!! I will definitely not be going back ¡!!!!!!!!
Been 5 times or so and always walk out feeling like a new model human.
Best of the best, the care and quality are exceptional.
I have been going to Serenity for years. Tried other massages in the area. This is by far the best place to go. A massage is so subjective but I like a deep tissue massage and Seren never fails at providing the best experience.
