Crystal is amazing! Responds in a timely manner and very helpful with the leasing process. Apartment was very clean and nothing wrong when I moved in. Fresh paint and carpet
I lived on washington for 16 months. They called, with 30 day notice, not renewing my lease. Non payment of rent. Never happened. I'm in collections for $3488. For no reason. I will admit I do owe $585 for my last month. Mismanagement is awful.
We love living at Meadow View Place. All residents are very friendly and it is quiet. Crystal is awesome at getting everything set up and is very informative and helpful!
Unless you want to hear ear raping fire alarms that go off almost every single day… claiming they’re “testing them”.. don’t move here. Management lets no one know. They will go off for over an hour and sometimes more. Makes my dogs ears hurt and makes him cry. We will never actually know when a real fire is bc they wanna play these stupid alarms all damn day. I’m sick of it and will never recommend this place.
